STEP 1 : Eligibility & Laser applications

In Queensland, eligibility for a user license is based on your qualifications.

If you are a Medical Practitioner, you are eligible to apply for both Medical Purposes and Cosmetic Procedures

Select the applications in the designated section of the application form.

• Medical or Surgical Purposes

=> Skin tags, seborrheic keratosis, naevus, venous lake, angioma and other benign raised lesions

=> Warts

=> Onychomycosis

• "Skin Rejuvenation or "Superficial capillary reduction"

=> Solar lentigo, age spots, liver spots, sun damage, fine lines, scars.

=> Rosacea, telangiectasia, capillaries and flat vascular lesions.

• "Hair removal"
• "Tattoo removal"
• "Non cosmetic and non ablative light therapy treatments"

=> Laser therapy for Active acne, diabetic ulcers, skin graft, skin flap, post-surgery, oedema and haematoma post-trauma, musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain.
